Pre-flight
While all files are pre-flighted within four hours of receipt, we strongly encourage all customers to use the pre-flight functions of their design programs when preparing the files for submission. Pre-flighting can prevent many of the pre-press related difficulties that could delay production of the job. There are also third-party options available such as Markzware’s Flightcheck.

Collect for Output/Package Functions
Utilizing the Collect for Output or Package functions will gather all the necessary fonts and graphic links while saving them in the folder going to Edward Hine Company.
