We’ve yet to find an automated system that can do that. If your questions cannot be answered immediately, your message is hand delivered to someone who can help.

Communication is also why we exist. Edward Hine founded our company in 1880 to “give people better quality and more satisfaction than our competitors.” His sentiment still resonates today and is why our company still bears his name.
