The new DI press uses laser imaging and chemistry-free thermal plate technology to produce extremely high quality four-color offset printing. And it can happen within hours of your digital file arriving at Edward Hine Company. With our new DI press, we can quickly and economically produce four-color offset printing in quantities from 250 to 20,000, with a guarantee that when additional prints are needed, they will be produced with the same consistent quality.

The 52DI accommodates the customary wide range of offset printing stocks, ranging from 0.0024” to a thickness of 0.02”. It is capable of printing on synthetic substrates like styrene, acetate and other plastics, including lenticular lenses. For your most discerning clients, it will print resolutions as high as 300 line and stochastic screening. This is chemistry-free on-press imaging, unsurpassed-quality waterless printing in a streamlined, all-digital workflow.
